Literally crying writing this because you truly cannot begin to understand the extent to which you've impacted my life, my growth and progress under your guidance has been profound. I started with you in the lowest mental state, l hated my body and my health and how much my body and my movement had changed. I was seriously in such a rut and you lifted me from that.

Your support, friendship, encouragement, admiration and unwavering push, even the tough love when I needed it, but in a way that spurred me on and made me feel seen and heard and understood the entire journey. I went from every day pain and challenges in normal daily activities, to lifting my PB's even from before my hip replacement, pushing myself comfortably to lift heavier and get back to pushing myself without the fear of over doing it or hurting myself.

You may have heard "success leaves clues". I hear you saying, yeah, but why so important? Because you can simply "decide, make a decision as to what you want to achieve, find someone who has and learn from them. I am truly lucky to be surrounded by some awesome knowledgeable humans in health, real estate, business, friendship circles and family. The picture on the right is one I took yesterday and the left was taken 6 weeks earlier, I was simply interested in any progress I made.

Mariah. Boss Lady. Coachy. I’m so incredibly grateful for you remaining in my corner this entire prep and the past 3 years. I put my full trust in you that we’d get to be stage ready even when I didn’t believe so.

However, I heavily doubted that we’d get down to the early 60s yet I did as I was told, you proved me wrong and we hit that goal! You weren’t there in person, but thank you for being at the other end of the phone reassuring me, advising and a delivering screaming voice note when I got that damn medal!

I feel like I finally understand food and nutrition and it like all the food shame and anxiety has disappeared. I'm so happy to be apart of it. 

Definitely feeling stronger this week. I ended up finishing the course and I really loved it.

So many things that I didn’t know.

 

I have made a few recipes from your book and planning meals for the week and meal prepping.

 

I am feeling more confident about it. It may not seem much to others but tracking food and planning meals ahead has been very daunting/overwhelming for me and almost like a mind block that has now been unblocked.

So beyond grateful 🤍🤍🤍.

I mean I stuck to the plan pretty much 100% but in my mind the results are wild considering I didn't do anything DRASTIC like drop to really low calories or do intermittent fasting or workout every single day multiple times a day, so thank you for teaching me that consistent hard work breeds better results than deprivation. I'm so excited by the mindset l've adopted now!

So I’m proud of myself for getting over my insecurities in regards to going to a commercial gym as I have always done free weights gyms and classes so all the machines were scary to me but now I feel good about it!
