FIERCE 8 WEEK JOURNEY​

Learn how to track your macros, eat flexibly and achieve your fat loss and/or muscle growth goals with Mariah Jean Fit.

 

Our coaches will fully personalise your nutritional requirements, step count, lifestyle recommendations, supplement protocol and training program to you. Your tailored training plan will include programming for: specific home or gym equipment requirements and injuries or imbalances. Your tailored nutrition recommendations will account for your individual goals, needs and intolerances/allergies.

 

What you’ll receive:

 

  • Access to our entire extensive library of client informational videos on optimising your nutrition, tracking your progress, tracking your macros, general health and training.

  • Access to exercise demonstration videos corresponding to your training plan. 

  • Track your training and progress using weekly self check-ins (photos & progress data) via our training app.

  • Receive support in the group chat for frequently asked questions.

  • Fortnightly Q&A webinars held by Coach Mariah.

  • Receive our 3 x recipe eBooks with over 150+ macro friendly recipes + weekly meal plan/grocery planner for FREE - valued at $75.

Our minimum coaching term for FIERCE is 8 weeks.
