Your coach will fully personalise your nutritional requirements, step count, lifestyle recommendations, supplement protocol and training program to you. Your tailored training plan will include programming for: specific home or gym equipment requirements and injuries/imbalances and lifestyle or sports performance goals. Your tailored nutrition recommendations will account for your individual goals, needs and intolerances/allergies.

 

Your coach will officially check in with you at a previously agreed upon frequency: monthly, fortnightly or weekly. Your check in frequency will depend on the level of accountability required. To provide you with full accountability, we ensure all communications and check ins are delivered/received via our training app and coaching platform. Check ins will require you to: upload your photos & measurements and respond to your check in questionnaire. Check in days are on Thursdays & Fridays, to prepare for the coming weekend and week in advance.

 

You will be provided with extensive instructions, tips and pointers on how to accurately follow your personalised nutrition and training requirements. Your coach will audit your food tracking entries during your check ins and provide respective recommendations relative to your goals. Your exercise form can optionally be assessed by your coach online via video message, with all relevant guidance and recommendations provided.

When you sign up for one on one coaching, you’ll receive all 3 of our macro friendly recipe eBooks, exclusive to and written by Coach Mariah - absolutely FREE!! Over 150+ delicious and convenient recipes designed to help you reach your macro and calorie goals with ease. Including a wide variety of Breakfasts, Lunches & Dinners and Snacks & Desserts. Plus a weekly meal and grocery template planner to help you plan your weekly meals and shopping. We also include macro tracking ingredient building blocks as a guide to high protein, high carb and high fat food types. 

 

You will also receive full exclusive access to our macro tracking and training course content - a video learning platform designed to help you achieve your goals more effectively and efficiently. Taking the confusion out of the process.

We provide full recommendations on required lifestyle changes to achieve your goals. Including information on alcohol consumption and micronutrient intake. We strongly focus on mindset and mentality coaching and provide general life mentorship throughout your coaching experience.

 

Our coaching team is available Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm during business hours for all communications, queries and advice. We endeavour to maintain clear and open communication, through providing valuable ongoing support for our clients. We endeavour to reply to clients promptly within business hours or within the following business day after receiving your communications.  

 

Our minimum coaching term is 12 weeks. 

A setup fee is required for all one on one coaching services. Please see our T’s & C’s upon sign up, for further information.
