So beyond grateful 🤍🤍🤍.
I mean I stuck to the plan pretty much 100% but in my mind the results are wild considering I didn't do anything DRASTIC like drop to really low calories or do intermittent fasting or workout every single day multiple times a day, so thank you for teaching me that consistent hard work breeds better results than deprivation. I'm so excited by the mindset l've adopted now!
